All incontinence products, such as incontinence pads, incontinence pants, bed pads and urinals, automatically qualify for VAT exemption when they're ordered for personal use; so prices are displayed exclusive of VAT. Some restrictions apply when ordering in larger quantities.

Some of our health and personal care items are also classified as VAT exempt, so long as you or the user is eligible to claim VAT exemption due to long-term medical impairment. These items require a VAT declaration to be submitted in the checkout; so all prices on these products are displayed inclusive of VAT.
