AgeCo Limited are a wholly owned trading subsidiary of Age UK and part of the Age UK Network, that trades under the brand name ‘Age Co’, to promote Age Co Incontinence products. Age Co Incontinence products are sold and administered by Vivactive Ltd. AgeCo Limited and Vivactive Ltd are both Data Controllers registered with the Information Commissioners Office.

Who has access to your information?
Vivactive may pass your information to third-party service providers, agents, subcontractors, and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf. We only disclose the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service and we have a contract in place that requires third-party service providers to keep your information secure. For example, we will securely share your delivery address with our courier in order to deliver your order and fulfill the sales contract.
Vivactive will share your personal details (but not health information) with the Age UK Network comprising the charity, its trading subsidiaries (including Age Co), and national partners (Age Cymru, Age NI, and Age Scotland). Please be reassured that the Age UK Network will not sell or rent your information to third-party providers and promise to keep your details safe and secure.
How will the Age UK network use your information?
AgeCo Limited, trading as Age Co as part of the Age UK network, would like to use your personal information for marketing and research purposes and share it with other companies and/or charities within the Age UK Network. AgeCo Limited will not share any of the personal information with companies beyond the Age UK Network, unless the information is needed to help prevent fraud or they are required do to so by law. The Age UK Network includes the charity Age UK, its trading subsidiaries and its National Partners (Age Cymru, Age Scotland and Age NI). Age UK also works closely with local Age UKs. The Age UK Network will never sell your data and promises to keep it safe and secure. Age UK may pass your information to their third party service providers, suppliers, agents, subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on their behalf (for example to send you mailings). However, when they use these third parties, they disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the services and they have a contract in place that requires them to keep your information secure and prevents them from using it for their own direct marketing purposes. Vivactive understands that your personal data is important to you. The company works hard to keep your data as safe and secure as possible.

Whilst Vivactive need certain information to process an order (e.g. address and/or phone number) Vivactive use some information to alert you to offers or changes in the service via marketing communications.
